Cancellation and Refund Policy

EcoJardin strives to provide flexibility to our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully:
1. Service Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time: A full refund will be issued, excluding any applicable service fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded, excluding any applicable service fees.
- No-shows or cancellations made without prior notice at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund will be given.
2. Educational Programs
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date: A full refund will be issued, excluding any applicable service fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded, excluding any applicable service fees.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the program: No refund will be given.
3. Franchise Application Cancellation Policy
- Application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
